Genisys will utilize the Policy Viewer module of BlueSun to provide real-time information on the policy underwriting process to their insurance agents. BlueSun's integration layers will be used to link to the USSI administration and LifeSuite underwriting systems, thus providing a consolidated, web-based reporting system.

BlueSun goes live at Canadian Tire Financial Services 24x7 call centre.
The deployment of BlueSun to a major call centre within the Canadian Tire Financial Services (CTFS) operation went live to the 24x7, dual language CTRA call centre today. Over 200 users will utilise the call centre to handle inbound and outbound calls to CTFS auto club members. The goals of the project were to reduce the call handling time, provide a more flexible platform to support business change and to enable the 20-year old mainframe system to be phased out. The project, which included migrating over 8 million customers from the old mainframe system, was completed in less than 12 months.

BlueSun successfully completes CICA5970 Audit.
BlueSun announced that its internal operations and information technology infrastructure earned the gold standard of information security certification, CICA 5970. The audit utilized the internationally accepted Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) IT governance guidelines. A CICA5970 examination signifies that a service organization has had its control objectives and control activities examined by an independent accounting and auditing firm. The independent report completed by Deloitte and Touche, substantiates BlueSun's continuing commitment to consistently excellent operational performance. It also provides assurance to their clients that their services, and their assets and information, are appropriately safeguarded against error, loss or inadvertent disclosure. BlueSun are one of the very few technology companies in this market to obtain this accreditation.
